FAQ About SRV

Here are some brief answers to questions Buyers have about SRV.

 

Please make sure you read the Association documents including Declarations, Amendments, By-Laws, and Rules & Regulations for additional information pertaining to each question. 

​

Does SRV require Board of Directors approval and Orientation for all Buyers, Tenants, and Additional Occupants?

Yes. Please complete the Application(s) and additional form(s) and submit to the SRV quickly so there is no delay in your closing or move-in.

​

​Does SRV have age restrictions?

Yes. One "Occupant" of the villa must be 55+ years old. No one under 18 years of age is allowed to stay more than 29 days in a year. Any person staying in a villa over 30 days per year must be approved by the Board of Directors. 

​​

Are there restrictions on owners renting their villa?

Yes. Villas may be rented a minimum of three months twice a year with Board of Directors Approval. No more than 15% of the villas may be rented at any one time.

​​

Are pets allowed?

Yes. Maximum of two domestic pets per villa. Dogs may not be larger than 15 inches at the shoulder.

​​

Are owners responsible for any maintenance, replacement, and/or repairs to the villa?

Yes. Here are a few items owner is required to maintain (see documents for additional items) - roof, carport, windows, doors, gutters, sewer trunk line, pest control including dry-wood termites, and everything in the interior of the villa.
