Strathmore Riverside Villas is comprised of 336 single story, duplex style condominiums. SRV has an active Board of Directors who oversee the maintenance and improvements of our complex while at the same time keeping a tight rein on the operating budget. Such fiscal responsibility has allowed SRV to keep its monthly Association Fee at one of the lowest in the area. Unlike many other similar complexes SRV limits the number of units rented to 15% of the total units. This helps maintain the community feel as well as the property values.
